Good to know
Everything agents ask us
What is a DMC and why do agents use one?
A destination management company is the on-ground operating partner in a destination — contracting hotels, transport, guides, attractions and dining, then running the itinerary in real time. Agents use a DMC for local buying power, operational accountability and a single point of contact when plans change.
Which destinations do you cover?
Vietnam end-to-end (our home base), plus Malaysia and Singapore through our regional desks — including twin- and triple-centre itineraries across all three.
How fast will I get a quote?
Standard FIT quotes within 24 working hours; group and MICE proposals within 48–72 hours depending on complexity.
How is your pricing structured?
One clean per-person price in your client-facing documents. Our model keeps hotel pricing sharply competitive and earns on ground services — partners consistently find the totals easy to sell.
Can you handle vegetarian and Jain groups?
It's a core specialisation: day-by-day meal maps, Jain kitchen coordination, and packed-meal logistics for excursion days.
Do you work white-label?
Yes — your branding on signage and documents, our operation behind it, with contractual confidentiality.
What currencies do you quote in?
USD as standard, with agreed exchange-rate references for INR-market partners; VND netting available for trade accounts.
What support exists during travel?
A 24/7 duty phone with authority to act — re-accommodation, re-routing and incident handling included.
Do you assist with visas?
We provide current documentation guidance and checklists per nationality; approval always rests with immigration authorities.
How do we become a partner?
Start with the partner form or a dummy enquiry — most agencies judge us on the first quote, which is exactly how we'd choose a DMC too.
